JB COUNTY FAIR
ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL YEAR
What a great time at the fair this year. The weather was the best for the animals
(two-legged and four-legged alike)! Market went very well too. Thank you to everyone
that helped make our fair great. It takes many hours and people to bring this event
together. You are all greatly appreciated. Congrats to all the 4-H Members, FFA, Schools,
Kate Loose for Photography and individuals that participated. We look forward to seeing
all of you next year!

into keeping our 4-H programs well and growing. This is in a large part do to the
support from people like you. Members, Families and Friends please give these ladies

PROJECTS & RECORD BOOKS
Wow! Another year gone by. It’s time to complete your Record Books for all your projects.
Remember to turn them in to your Leaders by September 1, 2019.
ACHIEVEMENT
This year Achievement will be held in Hobson. The date is set for October 6, 2019.
We will send out more info as we have it. Be sure to have your projects completed
for end of year to receive credit.
DEMONSTRATION DAY
Can you believe it is already time to think of the next year of 4-H! Time to start planning. Demonstration Day is set for November 10, 2019. As of yet the location hasn’t been set. We will let you know when it has been confirmed.
RE-ENROLLMENT TIME!
Re-enrollment is right around the corner, and we will be using 4HOnline to register
for projects again this year. If you have any questions you may contact your leaders
or call the Extension Office: 566-2277 ext.
END OF YEAR REPORTS
Reminder : Make sure the club minutes are up to date and have your End of Year Financial
reports . They are due November 1, 2018.
RECORD BOOK GRADING
Record book grading will take place September 19, 2018 at the Extension Office.
NATIONAL 4-H WEEK
National 4-H Week is from October 6 thru 12, 2019 this year. Get ready for more S'mores!
